The Rayleigh Conservatives have become a little anxious after they got less votes than us in Rayleigh in the May elections. They are thinking about producing more leaflets, and now they have repaired their website.
They had actually abandoned their website for a while – so that the information on it was more than a year out of date. However in the last couple of days they have brought it back to life again.
It’s a bit of an improvement on the old one , though the information is a bit limited. For example , it doesn’t give you email addresses of each Conservative councillor.
But leaflets and websites are only a starting point. People in Rayleigh are concerned about lots of issues – especially overdevelopment and a lack of amenities. Unless the Tories recognise this, and work hard on these issues , they are wasting their time.
