At this time of year, those in the ‘political cycle’ will be busy preparing their paperwork for the forthcoming local elections. If you want to stand as a candidate you need to get 10 signatures from residents in the ward you want to represent. Not a difficult task, but can be time consuming nevertheless.
This year we have ALOT of signatures to collect for all of our candidates. The forms are due in on Friday so there is no time to spare!
Once the nomination forms are in we will be announcing our candidates and others on this special page just for the elections.
Getting close to the Elections, but are the candidates leaflets available online, as I have seen posts on facebook from people that haven’t received one and it would be handy to be able to download one
