Since the removal of the payment kiosks in the Councils offices, residents have fewer options on how to pay their Council Tax.
We’ve recently been receiving negative reports on one of these methods, which is the automatic telephone payment system. It seems to be having problems with the voice recognition for some residents. We’ve been in touch with officers at RDC to highlight this and hopefully, they will pass this on to the company that supports the system.
