There will be a one minutes’s silence taking place across Europe tomorrrow at 11 am GMT in memory of the victims of the Paris terror attacks.. All UK government buildings will observe the one silence. Union Flags will be at half mast on government buildings until after sundown on Monday, to be raised by 6am on Tuesday at the earliest.
Rochford District Council will be observing the silence.
