We have two new planning applications to think about at the moment. One is at Quest End , off Rawreth Lane, and is for 14 houses and 2 flats. (The flats are going to be built above blocks of garages, which we’ve not seen before in our area. ) We are in contact with local residents and are discussing the application with them.
The second application is at Unit 2 Rawreth Industrial Estate , and its for a “Concrete Batching Plant to make Precast Concrete Foundations for Memorials and Erection of 8m High Cement Silo”. We don’t know much more at the moment, it’s going to affect Sweyne Park Ward more, we just mention it in case it has any effect on Downhall and Rawreth.
