A local Downhall & Rawreth resident recently brought the matter of incorrectly issued fines at Rayleigh train station to the attention of ward Councillor, James Newport.
James quickly got in touch with NCP after collating information from residents and following an urgent investigation by NCP they have now promised to the cancel fines or give refunds. James reports more on the issue on his blog here.
