Hi Chris

?I wanted to say that I was struck this morning by how lovely the flower beds in Rayleigh High St. looked. They just looked beautiful in the sun, a real joy. I don’t know who plants and maintains them, but they do bring a lot of pleasure, well they do to me anyway. Not sure who compliments should be addressed to but could you please pass on my thanks for the work that goes into them to the appropriate person/people.

We will certainly be passing this on to the appropriate people (at Rayleigh Town Council)
