Well it looks as though Rayleigh Town Councillors will be forced to show their colours next Monday over the Mill Hall debacle, with a motion that has been put forward by Rayleigh Town Councillors to declare the Mill Hall an asset of community value,
To consider making an application to have Mill Hall declared an asset of community value.
Motion. The Council will set-up a cross party working group to prepare a submission to have Mill Hall declared an asset of community value for approval at the next full council meeting.
