We’ve had some feedback from Rayleigh police about garage security:
The key here is awareness. Normal garage doors are quite a vulnerable point of anyone’s property. If people tend to store a lot of valuable items it may be worth considering better quality doors/locks etc…
Thankfully this type of crime is rare in the Rayleigh area.Security within garages is not to be missed. It may sound obvious but many people don’t actually lock their cars once they are inside a garage!!!
