Why? Just why?
Better than being empty.
I think this is a brilliant idea. I, and many friends, have long wanted to see something like this open. Done well, this will be a massive improvement on existing pubs in the town. Will support. 10/10 for someone trying to improve Rayleigh.
We have enough restaurants that have a license to sell alcohol and pubs… so it’s a no from me…
It’s better than an empty shop.
About time we got something like this! What makes this great for Rayleigh it will sell different beer than you will see in the current mainstream style pubs. These micro pub aim at quality over volume which attracts a mature clientele.
FYI – there was no objection by Rayleigh Town Council at it’s planning committee meeting on Monday.
