In the latest guidance from the Government, restaurants, bars, and pubs are now ordered to close at 10pm in an attempt to help quell the further spread of Coranavirus.

The onlineFOCUS team was out in Rayleigh over the weekend to see how residents are reacting to the new measure and whether they complying with the new regulations.

Speaking to some residents there are thoughts that the traditional ‘chucking out’ time scenario causes more harm than good.

What do you think? Will the new measures help to reduce the spread of the virus or are they an ineffective effort?
