As the District Council website says:
Crime and disorder, future fire cover for Rayleigh, road improvements and anything else that?s on your mind- if you live in Rawreth or Rayleigh and want to have your say then head for Rayleigh Methodist Church next week.
The West Area Committee meeting on Tuesday, 15 September 2009, starting at 7.30 pm gives residents the opportunity to have their say to representatives from the Council and Police about the issues that directly affect them.
The meeting is open to all and will be held at Rayleigh Methodist Church, Eastwood Road, Rayleigh.
Among the items to be discussed are crime and disorder in Rawreth and Rayleigh (a police representative will be present) and arrangements for future fire cover for the Rayleigh area (Fire and Rescue Service representatives will be present).
Area Committees have been set up to provide a forum at which Councillors can consider matters raised by the public.
Do you have any views, or wish to know more about policing issues/highways or any other matter relating to Rawreth and Rayleigh? Then come along to the meeting.
