…but not at Rochford District Council.

Despite nearly a year of raising the issue of the poor phone system at Rochford District Council it appears there could be a voice at the end of the phone line this week.

RDC’s new phone system is due to go live this week as they move into the 21st century with a VOIP system which should mean that the phones should get answered.
