We are contesting all 6 district seats that are up for election this year in Rayleigh:

  • Chris Black is defending Downhall and Rawreth in a straight fight with Conservative Vic Howlett
  • Chris Lumley is defending Grange in a straight fight with Conservative Roland Adams
  • Keith Budden is trying to win Trinity from the Conservatives. There are three candidates standing – Keith, the sitting Tory James Grey and Green Neil Kirsh.
  • Jackie Dillnutt is opposing sitting Conservative Peter Webster in Whitehouse in a straight contest
  • Mark Pearson is standing for us again in Wheatleys against sitting Tory Mavis Webster. These are the only two candidates
  • Pat Putt is fighting Rayleigh Central, hoping to win the seat off the Tories. She is facing a new Conservative candidate, Patricia Aves, and a Hullbridge Labour candidate, Chris Morgan.
  • More details soon!

  • Hi I live at 1 Glasseys Lane , what is my candidates name and what ward am I in? Why is it so difficult to find such basic information. As we never see a candidate or councillor, I should not be suprised !! regs Chris Steyne.
