The Hockley Residents Association have made a formal complaint to Rochford District Council about their handling of the Pond Chase Mushroom Farm Application. The HRA have sent Chris a copy of the complaint, partly because he is the Leader of the Opposition on the council.
We will do our best to monitor how the the complaint is answered. However this will not affect how any councillor considers the planning application itself – all councillors should treat it on it’s planning merits, and by looking at the council’s planning policies.
