Sadly, you can’t miss the graffiti on the hoardings near the Railway Bridge near Rayleigh Station. When the original graffiti appeared the District Council spoke to the building contractors asking whether they wanted RDC to remove it or whether they would do it themselves. The contractor chose to do the latter and over Easter painted over the graffiti in black paint. (Thank you for that!)
We reported the new graffiti to RDC and they should have contacted the contractor again by now.
