For fans of swing and Jazz, Garner is rich pickings. Blessed with a beautiful and powerful voice, she is known to many through the high energy jump and jive band ‘The Swing Kings’ whom she fronted for over ten years. A wonderful mix of her own compositions and old standards as featured on her new album ‘Champagne and False Eyelashes’.
It’s nice to see something like this at the Mill. (although is 6 pm on a Sunday evening the best time for this? )
