An application has been received to redevelop the old Dairy Crest site which sits behind Superdrug on the High St.
We don’t know too much about this application at the moment but it would appear initially that there is woefully inadequate parking with just 19 spaces for 35 flats and also just 2 affordable flats! We’ve asked for clarification from officers and will post an update as soon as we know more.
Other considerations that might spring to mind – air pollution, traffic, schools, doctors, dentists….
