Sue Harper has resigned yesterday. She was a Conservative District Councillor for Rochford.
Sue’s a nice lady, always pleasant when she sat next to us in the Council Chamber. She was vice-chairman of the Council Review Committee, and valued by the Lib Dem Chairman, June Lumley.
She sometimes looked a little ill-at-ease in the current Conservative Group.
