Last Thursday saw this application come before the development committee. One member of the public spoke on this application with the greatest of concerns over the access road. As Unusually usual Essex Highways had no problem with the access to the site – therefore there was little the development committee could do on the material planning considerations and the application was promptly passed for Sanctuary to get started on their new development.
