Rawreth Parish Council are stepping up their efforts to reduce the number of heavy vehicles who illegally cut through Beeches Road and Watery Lane. They will be distributing standard forms to nearby residents so that they can write down the details of any lorries that they see.
The Parish Council can then use these details to take further action….
Why distribute standard forms to residents only, why not also distribute to people who use the road frequently – they are probably more likely to see large lorries on the road.
This is a very dangerous road and has always been used as a short cut by large vehicles, could a form be put on line please.
This Beeches Road story is mentioned on the Echo website today!
