Rochford District Council’s Application REFUSED

Last nights development committee was a busy one with a ballsy application from RDC‘s officers for two self-contained apartments. Councillors, however, voted to refuse permission as inadequate parking was provided. It is quite something when RDC’s own officers are putting forward applications that don’t meet the required standards!
