The outcome of ASDA is still not concluded.
A High Court injunction has been submitted earlier this month to contest the decision of the Government Planning Inspector.
The main issue is that the Council Officers originally may have overlooked the possibility of a large supermarket chain building a supermarket. & had been too relaxed as to the size of convenience store intended.
If the decision is overturned ASDA would be asked to return the site ot its original condition!
