A resident in Brooklyn Drive , Rayleigh, has complained to us about a smell he notices in the vicinity. He thinks it comes from the various waste activities in Pitsea. Ron thinks it’s more likely to be from fields of rape seed oil.
Any ideas on this would be gratefully received!
