The Focus team has received unconfirmed reports, that Clarks Shoes will be leaving Rayleigh High Street.
It’s another devastating blow for the High Street in Rayleigh and another big name to be packing up shop.
Despite several warnings, Rochford District Council has not acted to attempt to stem the loss of business from the High Street in Rayleigh and appears to be content to sit on its laurels without taking any positive action.
Another sad day for Rayleigh and residents in the Rochford District.
