Today, we heard some disappointing news. Irena Cassar, District Councillor for Hockley has given up her seat on the Council. Personal circumstances meant that Irena could no longer commit to the Council. She will be really missed on the Council, as an intelligent and lovely lady we wish her all the best for the future and hope that she may still look in on Council business from time to time.
