Tonight’s Development Control Meeting has just finished at 10.08 pm – so it was a long meeting for once. We’ll do a full report later, but for now:

  • Extension and flats in Station Avenue – passed
  • Bund at Lord’s Golf Club – refused
  • Nature reserve on Wallasea Island – council supported the idea but thinks there are lots of issues to be sorted out
  • Shop and flats in Rochford – passed
