The event held last Thursday saw the judges comment: ?Small but beautifully put together! Judges felt that Rayleigh Windmill really was ?something different!? They especially liked how they offered a dedicated event coordinator working nonstop for every couple, along with the beautiful grounds for excellent photo opportunities.?
