There’s a new planning application in with the District Council to convert the shop at no. 25 Rayleigh High Street into an Estate Agent.
This building has been the home of ‘Toys N’ Tuck’.

I really don’t understand Rayleigh High Street. We’ve have two new estate agents already in the last few years and a least a dozen on the High Street. Why-oh-why do we need yet another? I know this shop unit is small and has a very limited use but there must be something else it can be used for. I’m not in favour of empty units but do new businesses have no imagination.
