This is application 06/00760/FUL , described as “Demolish Existing Bungalow and Erect 20 No. 2 Bed Apartments with Parking and Amenity Space. Access for Vehicles off Millfield Close.”
This is the same site where another application was refused by 17 votes to 6 back in June.
We can expect a crowded public gallery when this one comes to committee.
