The second application from Asda for a supermarket on the “neighbourhood centre” in Rawreth Lane will come to the District Council’s planning meeting on Tuesday 21st Feebruary.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber in the Civic Suite in Rayleigh (next to the Market Car Park, and opposite the Church) It will start at 7.30 pm , and will probably last about an hour and a half.
You are very welcome to come along and listen- but unfortunately, at the moment council policy is that the public are not allowed to speak. So you might find it a bit frustrating , sitting there have to stay silent. But sometimes these meetings get quite exciting….
